Why does pop music suck so much now?

Every song sounds the same now, Pop music doesn't even sound like pop music anymore. EVERY single new song that comes out sounds like fake *** techno. Pop music used to be so diverse. There would club songs, love songs, fun songs, songs about issues etc. Now it just seems like its ALL club songs and nothing else. It's annoying. Pretty much the only people that are standable to me is Bruno Mars and Adele. Everybody else makes that club stuff with the simple lyrics and poorly produced beats. If its not about the club, its about . I can't stand pop music now. What happened??
