Sir there is a software in my sys which is always give me problem. so where do i complaint about this software?

sir plz give me a address where i can complaint about anti virus software. sir what ever work i do it is showing warning and ur sys is in critical and they should not force us to buy online and i think this is not the way to Irritated people.sir its not even getting deleted frm my pc. so plz.......send me a complaint address.
