Is Resident evil code veronica worth buying in HD this fall ?

Ok I just bought Resident evil code veronica X for the ps2 a couple weeks ago but now I hear their is an updated 2011 version coming onto playstation network and Xbox live this fall. Do you think that its worth it or is or is this just a waste of money ?
