MY boyfriend's parents are going through a nasty divorce?

he asked me to meet him the other day because he needed to talk. when i got there he was crying and he told me that they were getting a restraining order against his dad and he was going to be escorted out of the house by police. but his mom hurt her back a while ago and hasnt been able to work and he said now he has to pay for everything for his mom so he has to work all day everyday, so i shouldnt be mad if he couldnt talk to me or hang out with me everyday. i feel so bad and i want to help him a little. do you think i should leave a note on his car or something to show him im thinking of him? :(
