Is it okay to text him.. or am i being annoying?

Yeah I would just text him and ask him what he's up to. I think that anyone who texts on regular basis have felt at some time that they might be annoying the other person. I think it is key that he has been texting you first lately. It shows that he has some interest in talking to you. I ume that he got involved in doing something else and forgot to text you back.
