What else can we do to combat the depression by a forced credit expansion?

Wall Street created this problem all by itself. Why the hell should we have to foot the bill for their mistakes? IF We do bail them out they sjhould be forced to pay back every cent + inerest. & if they do it again they can clean up their own mess
