Does he like me?

this morning i got this text from a number i didn't recognize. it said "hey!!!, take a picture of yourself and send it to my phone, when you call...!!" and i texted back and said that i didn't know him. and he said, u forgot me all ready? and im like i dont know u. i figured it was this guy i like who is in my cl. i haven't texed him in over two weeks and trying to give him space. but do u think it was him? or what?
