How do you become a vdeo game tester?

It's not really all it's made out to be like commercials show. Why do you think they have to advertise them? You sit in a room BY YOURSELF and test games while they are full of glitches, wrong coloring, wrong sounds and report them. Imagine doing that for 10-12 hours a day having to meet a quota and having to play games you don't want to play, games that suck but theres nothing you can do because someone is making/paying you to play them.
