Is there a legal age to rule in Britain?

I know in the old days of monarchy, especially in Ancient Egypt and America, someone could become king at age 5 if their parents died or something but they would be dependent on a co-regent. So given this, is their a legal age limit for an heir to become king or queen in Britain and other places?
