Does anyone know a loop hole to get Bariatric Surgery?

i am 39 overweight and have some SERIOIUS health issues in my very near future. my shins are red because of poor circulation due to excessive sitting. unfortunately for me my job requires me to sit 12hr shifts. I have joined and Gym and on my days off hit the tred mill and lift weights. i am actually up to 10min on the tred. i know that doesnt seem like much but considering my first day i almost died at 1 min. 10 is pretty good. my problem is that i need to drop significant wieght ASAP. after a month of working out and watching what i am eating..i have lost a total of 2lbs. a friend of mine that was in much worse shape then me had the lap band procedure. 6 months later he is down 56lbs and is doing AWESOME!!. lap band procedure costs around 22k. my insurance will NOT cover it. nor will they cover ANY doctors appointment that in any way related to bariatric surgery. i am a single father and barely get by as it is basicly living pay check to pay check. so getting a 22k loan is out of the question as well. my doctor has told me that he is VERY concerned about my legs and that people die from complications ociated with my condition. does anyone know any sort of loop holes in the system>> >? my insurance company ured me that they will pay for my leg amputations and my hospitalization ociated with Congested heart failure and type2 diabetes. LOL. any help would be greatly appreciated. OH and no i am not going to rob a bank. i already thought of that.....1 i get away with it i have the money...2 i get caught go to prison and more then likely i will then qualify in prison for the medical help i need heheheheh thanks for your help.
