What species of bird is considered: malevolent, foul, dark etc?

You see, I'm making a novel and all the bad guys are either a crow or a raven etc I dont want anyone saying owls, cus i love owls and they're the good guys. So, basically give me a list of avians that aren't birds of prey (eagles, hawks, owls, falcons)
