St George ILLAWARRA Dragons?

Yeah I think it's a bit disrespectful when people leave the "Illawarra" from the St George Illawarra Dragons. I grew up as an Illawarra Steelers supporter and I always include "Illawarra" in their name. As some answerer's stated, it wasn't so much a merger as a takeover when the Steelers and the Dragons combined, so I believe it should always be spoken (especially by the commentators) or written (in the papers) as the St George Illawarra Dragons because that's really the only thing to identify the Illawarra half of the merger. We lost our jersey to the "red V" design so we are entitled to keep our name !!
