Im in a very complex situation..can someone help me resolve this please!?

starting comm.college this august for 2 years to complete general ed. i wnat to get into International Relations down the road. im planning to study in either spain or italy...i kind of depends with my dad b/c he and my mom are planning to move to spain or italy so wherever one they pick is the one im going to go and study at. the problem is, is that im stuck btwn either to take italian or arabic..i already know spanish. i dont know if im going to study in italy or not so which language should i choose???? please help me with any advice or experience!! thnx
