If a state Trooper tazered an 11 year old in a poor Chicago neighborhood, should he be fired?

He would get fired...if he is on duty and the child is not his own. However, The state trooper YOU are referring to did it to his own child, off duty, after his child requested it. He did it, it was wrong, and he was punished by the Troopers oc. That was 3 YEARS Prior to ANYTHING ELSE happening. He had already been punished....they broke the law by trying to get him fired 3 years after the fact, ONLY when she came into power.
