I am not happy with the college I have chosen. What is the best school I could get accepted to as a transfer?

I am a freshman in college and I do not like it where I am going to school. I had a 3.9 unweighted GPA in high school and a 32 on my ACT. I will likely have a 3.9 at the end of this year in college. I was president of science club, editor of the yearbook, vice president of key club, and captain of the varsity tennis team in high school. I also was #1 singles and All-State first team all four years of high school and would play a high position on most division 3 teams and a few D1 teams. At the school I am at, I am working on the yearbook staff, I have a part-time job, I am on the tennis team, and am involved in circle K (bulletin editor), astronomy club, and phi alpha delta pre-law fraternity. Based on this basic resume, what would you estimate would be the best schools to which I would be accepted for transfer? I want to study economics/pre-law.
