How much does it cost to care for and buy a aquarium?

i want a aquarium that will hold 10-15 fish. that cost. how much will the pebbles plants aerator, and food will cost. i want a pufferfish clownfish and a shrimp and a snail. i will fill the rest of tank with 5$ fish. i would also like a aneome. and how much food and care will cost for these fish thx.
