Does anyone know what I could do with my idea of a person being trapped in a video game?

I need an idea for a project I'm doing where you have to create a frame (such as microscope lense looking at an ameoba and something interesting happening), in this case the frame is a television and I having someone be trapped in a video game or something but I just don't know what to do. Sort of an idea of what I'm talking about is on the Chapelle Show when Dave was in grand theft auto and it had the life and ammunition, etc. on the screen.
