well i think it's you.. honestly. Guys are horny as hell when they're teenagers. and if they're dating a girl i dont think that they would wait soo long just to kiss you. They probably think you don't want to kiss them.. Do you back away when your alone with your boyfriends? To me if a guy's gonna go "slow" then it would take them just as long time to ask you to be they're girlfriend as it would for them to kiss you.
